Gallery Replacement

We purchased our second unit as we have all gallery series appliances. It made the exchange simple using all existing mounting. This one is running as expected. The first unit was two years old with apparently door relays failing evident by tripping breaker and not the internal fuse. Repair costs would have been several hundred. Our hope is Frigidaire upgraded the door relays as to last longer than a couple of years.

I was told by other suppliers that it would be a month for delivery and installation. Best Buy installed it in four days. Unit has all of the features of other manufactures but are easier to use. The white interior and lighting is a plus as you can see the unit at work. The clock is a little to bright for my taste but all other features are great.

Easy to use And works as designed. The LED display is very white - bright with no way to dime it? It would have been a nice feature to make it adjustable along with LED display color choices to match existing appliances LEDs.

Second Time Around

I purchased the Frigidaire Gallery microwave 3 years ago to match my other Frigidaire appliances. This one only lasted 3 years, but I recently purchased the same microwave to replace the one that stopped working. The new one works much better than my old one (on the old microwave the sensors on the pad didn't do a good job at what they were supposed to be preset for). I don't know exactly what the manufacturer did to improve them but this new one works great and every feature that I have used so far works like it should. I also like that it is very quiet when running.

Easy to install. Looks great. Nice size for bigger items. Cons: Need to buy bigger lag bolts, due to the ones sent are smaller than the mounting bracket holes and the supplied bolts may be defective. Cannot dim the clock, so it can act as a nightlight if you live in a dark area.

We have had this microwave for a few months now. So far it has been working great. My only concern is that when the microwave is running, and the light is on under it (to see the stove top below) the light flickers as the timer counts down.

I bought this about a month ago. My old oven main board went bad. I decided to go with the galleria version because of the great features. It came well packed, it was very easy to open and the instructions very clear. The dimensions were exactly as advertised and it fit like glove. Not to heavy and can be installed by yourself but is recommended to have someone to help you hold it. Just plug and play. I did noticed that the clock LED is much brighter than the previous one. Also the fan feature when you go from high to low there is not that much difference. The exhaust is very easy to adjust so that you can use the top, or rear if needed. I recommend this product.

This replaced a 10 year old Maytag OTR oven. The new Gallery is a nice, more modern upgrade, and complements our other Gallery appliances all purchased within the past 2 years - refrigerator, oven, and gas cooktop. It is an attractive and affordable brand. The "+30 second" feature is a nice convenience, but I need to learn the sensor cooking option. The cooktop LED lighting underneath is so much brighter than my previous microwave, and the 2-speed fan (internal vent) with charcoal filter works well.

Bought this a month ago at Lowe's and have been very happy. Attractive looking, easy to read control buttons, and lots of good features. Just wish there was an option to turn off the chime that tells you the cycle is complete. But, no company gives you this. At least Frigidaire gives you a high and low volume for the chime.
