I gave only three stars because I am still in shock that one of my cooktop grates came without a rubber feet and when I called for a replacement it was denied. She wanted me to buy a new grate. Unbelievable. Very unhappy with this company. What I want it was a simple rubber feet.

We just remodeled our kitchen and decided to update our gas cook top. I didn't know that Frigidaire made stoves but have always thought they made great appliances. Saw this unit on Lowes website and not only was it a good price but it had a 18K middle burner which was more than most of the competition. I also liked the LED lights around the controls. We have installed it and now used it and it works great. That middle burner heats up fast and it's also nice to have the small simmer burner in corner. This cook top is well designed.

I like the fact the cooktop heats very well and I usually use the lower settings on the knobs. The biggest negative is how heavy and large the grates are. The grates stand about two inches above the base, and are very heavy to lift off to clean the base. Two grates and each one is 18 pounds. For older people, this is a negative factor. For this reason, I would not recommend this cooktop.
