The refrigerator is roomy and quiet. There are a few minor negatives including the upper shelf in the freezer does not come out completely and the right hand refrigerator door does not open easily unless the left hand door is open first.

I wanted to love this fridge as a replacement for my 15 year old Maytag. But I was sold on its "dual condenser," when what it has are "dual evaporators." Worse, the temp shows what's set, not what's achieved, and my freezer has never gotten within striking distance of what manual instructs and setting requests. Service tech questioned my independent thermometer, until he saw the melted ice in the oversized tray and the self test error code. Humidity variance between fruits and veggies is way extreme. So unit is attractive, has appealing features, is difficult to keep to its promises, and 6 weeks in I'm waiting on a part. Not a happy start up experience.

I am absolutely in love with my Bosch refrigerator! I have had 2 other higher end refrigerators since 2014 (one less than 2 yrs) that didn't last and had horrible ice supply. When you see the commercial saying Bosch is the best refrigerator for ice it is TRUE!!

Non functioning water & ice

This refrigerator was purchased in October. By December the water and ice function was not working. It is now January 9th and I am still waiting to hear from Bosch as to where this part is and when the repair is going to be done. I am beyond unhappy with my purchase and with Bosch.

I Love My Bosch Refrigerator!

When it came time to purchase a new refrigerator, I thought long and hard about which brand to buy before finally deciding on a Bosch. I am absolutley thrilled with my new refrigerator! How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.... • Counter depth is wonderful! No more refrigerator jutting out past the counter. • Spacious top compartment with 2 doors. No need to open both doors to get to frequently used items. • Ample room in side compartments for condiments and other items. • Spacious produce drawer, another world to explore that is not part of the main compartment. • Wonderful freezer with lots of room for all the fruit I froze over the summer. Sliding drawers that "hide" when not in use. • This refrigerator is QUIET! It never makes a peep unless the door is accidently left open, then a gentle beep reminds you to close the door. But, like every relationship, here is always one small thing...in the case of this refrigerator, it is the cheese/cold cuts drawer. One long drawer, that, in relation to the rest of the frig, seems cheaply made. Unless you use 2 hands to pull it open, it is difficult to slide out. It would be so much more efficient if it was 2 separate drawers. This is by far the best appliance purchase I have ever made! I am a Bosch fan forever!

This is a magnificent refrigerator that sells at a very fair price at the big box stores. Large capacity freezer and vegetable crisper and well organized general section. Unit is taller than many fridge models and make sure if cabinet built in measurements.
