Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Not in it for the long run!

Bosch Dishwasher Stopped 10/22/2022

Well, we purchased this great looking dishwasher just under 5 1/2 years ago to go with our new home. It looks great along with our other stainless steel appliances. We bought what we thought was higher quality because we wanted something that would last. We definitely paid for that higher quality! Well, here we are now and the dishwasher has stopped working. Of course the original warrany expired long ago as well as any additional extended warranty we purchsed. Again, we were thinking that paying for what appears to be a higher quality item we should get more that just 5 years of use from it. I remember my mother's old appliances, some of which are still running strong some 25 years after purchase. I guess they just don't make them like they used to! No we are looking at a repair that will likely cost us over $500, or more, for this "higher quality product". At those prices maybe it makes sense to buy something way cheaper and just buy new every few years.

Quality Product

Digitart 10/4/2022

My dishwasher is now 9 years old. So far no problems. I have a small gasket leak but it was easy to order a new one and the instructions on how to replace it. It's quiet and the dishes come out like new. Great quality product I highly recommend it.

Waiting over 6 months for lower rack

Bill 2/4/2021

My racks rusted out. I ordered new ones back in Oct. 2020 got the top rack right away, they keep promising me I'll get the bottom rack, but they keep putting off the delivery. The product is OK and expensive. The parts service is horrible. I keep getting the old "due to covid-19" excuse. Buy a different brand dishwasher.

Don't Buy This Dishwasher

April 1/27/2021

My landlord installed this dishwasher just months before I took ownership of my condo. Within the first 3 months, the dishwasher would stop, restart, not finish the cycle. Water left in the bottom. After numerous hours of internet sleuthing, I found that the issue has something to do with the drain -- dishwasher thinks it can't drain (a known issue I've read), so it shuts itself down so as not to overheat. Time and time again, I've "tricked" my dishwasher into thinking that it is ok to drain (because it is ok -- drain is clear and all that), and it does drain, the cycle eventually finishes, and all is well again -- but only for about another 2-3 months .. and then the same thing happens. Sometimes it takes me 5 minutes to "shake the drain hose" and get it going again, sometimes it takes me an hour of unplugging/resetting/shaking the drain hose to get it to work. So it is 3 years old, and now I am selling my condo soon, and fear I'll have to replace this "almost new-ish" dishwasher because it will only be trouble for everyone if I hand it over to a new homeowner.
