Tweaking mechanical design

I appreciate the sealed bottom of the dishwasher. That was the main reason I bought it. Previously, I had a top rated dishwasher that constantly leaked. There is always room improvement as we had issues with the dishwasher door. The spring/pully mechanism broke. When we opened the side panel, we found the spring broke off the plastic tray that was holding the spring in place. The pully had slipped out of place making the door drop. We found a improved spring/pully design used for other Bosch models that we were able to replace in our dishwasher for the door not to drop. Also, the push buttons lettering is wearing off. The soap & rinse dispensers are arkward to fill.

We have really been satisfied with our Bosch dishwasher. Very quiet, almost can't tell if it's running! Does an outstanding job of cleaning our dishes.

LOVE MY NEW DISHWASHER

I love how quiet my dishwasher is. The dishes come out nice and clean and the inside of the washer is staying shiney. It also holds more dishes than my old washer.
